I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the local attractions, and the breakfast offerings were impressive with plenty of options. However, the accommodations were somewhat dated and not as clean as I would have hoped, which impacted my overall satisfaction. While the staff were polite, their responsiveness could have been better given the issues we faced during our stay.

My stay at the hotel was extremely frustrating due to various cleanliness and service issues. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a series of unfortunate events. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and we encountered bloody sheets, faulty bathroom fixtures, and a lack of housekeeping. While there were some bright spots, such as friendly interactions with a couple of staff members, it was certainly not the relaxing getaway we hoped for.

My stay at Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation was mostly a delightful experience. The spaciousness of the room and the complimentary breakfast were strong highlights, and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the hotel. However, there were some concerning issues regarding cleanliness and maintenance in the bathroom, and the pool water quality left much to be desired. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the enjoyable amenities and activities outweighed them.
